Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CryptoTopUp Market.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on CryptoTopUp Market are digital goods, including but not limited to gift cards, voucher codes, and other digital activation products.

Once a digital code or product has been delivered to the customer, it is considered used or accessible and therefore cannot be returned.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- The digital code has already been delivered
- The customer entered an incorrect email address
- The customer purchased the wrong product
- The customer changed their mind after purchase
- The product has already been redeemed or activated

3. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

In such cases, the order may be cancelled and a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If a customer receives an invalid or non-working digital code, they must contact our support team.

After verification, we may:

- Replace the digital product, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

5. Processing Time

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after purchase if the product has not yet been delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method used.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

If the purchase was made using cryptocurrency, refunds (if approved) may be issued in the equivalent value of the original transaction.
